1. What sets RedEye apart from the rest?
Experience! The real difference between RedEye and the other companies is our experience. It’s not about how long we’ve worked in the industry but the many different types of projects we have done throughout the years. We are a full-service video production facility that offers the newest professional quality in a “boutique” environment while incorporating all the bells and whistles of the “marble foyer” edit house. We invest everything into our clients, working directly with them and providing them with a comfortable environment with all the equipment. We service our clients’ unique needs with a facility that keeps their specific interests and costs in mind.
2. Where is the office located?
We are located in the greater DMV area, minutes from downtown DC. Come on over and join us for a Friday beer or throw us a last minute request. You will find that we can handle either with ease.
3. How long will the process take?
An eternity!!!…Just Kidding. Ultimately, this all depends on the scope and scale of your project. Every project is unique.
We are very conscientious of our client’s timelines. RedEye prides itself on meeting or beating our client’s timetables. (With timely feedback, of course.)
4. How much does it cost to produce a video?
Well, how long is a piece of string? Video production can be very complex. A lot of factors come into play, which means coming up with a budget is not as straight forward as buying your groceries.
Consider the adage: Pick Two: Fast, Good, Cheap
We can work quickly, but that may mean bringing extra staff on a project, or pulling an all-nighter, working on a weekend.
We can make it amazing, but this may mean extra time to render out the graphics. Or add a few additional rounds of revisions. We can make it inexpensive, (never cheap) but this may mean we work during a slower time in our schedule.

5. How does RedEye stay current and updated?
Living in the 21st century we totally understand times have changed and new technology is constantly replacing the old. We stay current with technology by continuously updating our equipment and staying abreast of the latest media trends. RedEye will provide you with a team who is fully devoted to all your unique needs.
6. Do I need to have my own technology/equipment?
No!! End-to-end Video Production— Quality technology is affordable and connectivity is at an all-time high. Therefore we have whatever you need to create a production you can’t wait to show off.
7. Beyond the technology what other components are needed to produce this project?
Video, Sounds, Sound Design, Color Correction and Live Events— RedEye works with top-notch Editors, DPs, Field Producers and Sound & Color Designers. Great equipment only takes you so far – it’s what we know and what we bring to the table that gives a project life.
8. Do you only produce content for TV/ Video use?
Noo!! Multimedia & Digital Production— Content is not just for TV’s anymore. RedEye produces content for web, mobile, webinars, training and tracking for just about any device.
