Some regular readers of our blog may remember the Georgetown Center for Children and Families shoot that we did almost two months ago. Well, we’ve worked really hard and produced the 10th Anniversary CCF Video, and we’re working with CCF again!

We attended their Annual Conference, where they are debuting our 10th Anniversary Video. However, we attended it to film interviews with CCF’s State Advocates about Medicaid’s 50th Anniversary! For more information about the conference, check out their twitter!! #CCF2015

Their keynote speaker was Former House Representative Henry Waxman, an early proponent of Medicaid. He had a lot to say about Medicaid, a bill which he worked hard to keep funded and expanding during his time in office.

While we were there, we had a lot of fun working with Kian McKellar, of Key In Films (facebook) a freelance videographer that we’ve worked with a few times.

We were there, first and foremost, however, to film for the Medicaid 50th Anniversary. We talked to State Advocates from a number of states who emphasized the impact that Medicaid has had in their state, as well as emphasizing the importance to continue expanding Medicaid in the future.
